  Worst customer service I've ever met. By aware that the family rooms look nice on their webpage, but you might be ending up with a room with the street as your neighborhood and walls as thin as air. You're neighbor is literally in your room. The people at the reception did not take it seriously at all. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

  The only downside of this place was we arrived here during construction work of the pavement in front, but the staff made sure we'd stay in the quieter part of the hotel without being disturbed. Thank you!

  Super clean rooms, the family room was spacious and looked over the marina. WiFi is fast. A coffee maker / kettle in the room would have been a bonus. The lounge on the first floor does have free coffee and tea.

  What I'd like to point out is a very friendly attitude of staff at the reception and the restaurant of the hotel. All very helpful. Big thanks to Phil, the waiter at the restaurant who took a great care of us during our stay. Lovely chat, serving, advice on meals. Much appreciated, Phil!

  The rooms and service, as well as the breakfast buffet, are top notch. The location is unbeatable.

  Stayed here for a couple of nights and will be happy to return! Our room was pretty large, with a double bed, a sofa, and a terrace facing a beautiful sea view so lots of bright light. Room & bathroom were super clean, good wi-fi.
